Writers, directors, actors and the creative departments make the film. The job of a production company is to give them the conditions to do it.

We like shooting on location, on film, with people in the same room. Some things cannot be replaced.
Technology
Useful for what, and for whom?
Whether technology is good or bad is the wrong question. What counts is what it does and who benefits. That applies to AI too. As a society, we still have to agree on how to use it so that it serves people.
Human at the core
A machine has no point of view.
People have always built tools, and film began as one. We approach new ones with skepticism and with curiosity. The point of view stays with people.
Across cultures
One world, many voices.
We like working in teams where different cultures meet. Different backgrounds and ways of seeing make the work richer, and we value that.

Everything depends on everything.
On a film set, nothing works without the others. The world is not so different. Films cannot change that, but they can take people seriously and look closely.

A well-organised company can afford to take creative risks. We want to be that company, for our own films and for the people we work with.
How we work

We believe in cooperation. When people work together instead of against each other, there is more for everyone.
Some films need long prep and a large crew. Others need a camera, two people and an afternoon. We value both and plan as much as each film needs.
A film needs many hands, and each depends on the others. Every part counts.
Our first software, rhei, comes out of this work. It gives everyone the same clear picture, so each can do their part well.
